Flipkart Ads Manager is the advertising console inside Flipkart Seller Hub where sellers create and run PLA and PCA campaigns, set budgets, bids, placements and keywords, fund the ads wallet and download performance reports. It is the self-serve side of Flipkart Ads; brand display packages are bought separately through Flipkart's brand solutions team.
Ads Manager covers the whole self-serve loop. You create a campaign, choose FSNs, set a daily budget and dates, pick CPC or Smart ROI bidding, and for CPC campaigns set placement multipliers and keywords in exact or phrase match. Sellers report limits of 200 keywords and 200 negative keywords per campaign. You top up the ads wallet or use Advertise Now, Pay Later credit, and download GST invoices from Seller Hub payments.
Reports come at six levels: campaign, FSN, keyword, search term, placement and seller. The dashboard refreshes several times a day, and recent days keep changing as late orders are attributed. The Budget Rule in the Smart Rule Manager can raise or lower budgets on a schedule or when a condition is met.
Worked example: a placement report for a ₹1,499 shoe campaign shows search top slot at ROI 9 on ₹6,000 spend and browse pages at ROI 3 on ₹4,000 spend. With a 25% margin the break-even ROI is 4, so browse is losing money. Lower the browse multiplier and raise search top slot; the report tells you where, and the campaign settings are where you act.
Ads Manager is built for one campaign at a time. Creating 40 campaigns for a new catalogue means 40 passes through the same screens. Changing bids on 300 keywords that sit above break-even ROI means exporting, sorting in a spreadsheet and editing them one by one. The reports are separate downloads with no cross-campaign search term view, no unadvertised-FSN list, and nothing that combines Flipkart with Amazon.
That gap is what software built on Flipkart's official Ads API fills. BlooprintAI creates PLA campaigns in bulk from one CSV, filters keywords and placements by ROI, spend and CVR, and applies bid, budget and placement changes in bulk after a summary, with a log of each run. Optimisation stays user-triggered; nothing changes without your confirmation. Blooprint's Flipkart ads guide on blooprint.in covers the Ads Manager setup screens.

Campaign, FSN, keyword, search term, placement and seller-level reports. The search term and placement reports are the two most useful for cutting waste.
Not in Ads Manager itself, which creates campaigns one at a time. Software on Flipkart's official Ads API, such as BlooprintAI, creates PLA campaigns in bulk from a CSV.
Smart ROI campaigns let Flipkart set bids to a target ROI, and the Budget Rule in Smart Rule Manager changes budgets on a schedule or condition. There is no bulk bid editing across campaigns.
