Shopsy ads are sponsored product ads that a Flipkart seller runs on Shopsy, Flipkart's low-price app, from the same Flipkart Ads platform used for Flipkart PLA campaigns. They are billed per click, work on CPC or Smart ROI bidding, and push a listing above organic results in Shopsy search and category pages.
Shopsy sells the same Flipkart listings to price-sensitive shoppers, and its ads use the same machinery. In Seller Hub you open the Advertising section, create a PLA campaign, and choose the FSNs and the bidding mode. Sellers usually name these campaigns with a Shopsy prefix so they can tell them apart from Flipkart campaigns in reports. Shopsy's own seller blog walks through the creation screens; this page covers what the numbers mean.
Billing is per click. If a Shopsy campaign spends ₹1,200 in a week and Flipkart attributes ₹7,200 of Shopsy orders to it, the dashboard shows an ROI of 6, which is ad revenue divided by ad spend. That is the same ROI definition Flipkart uses everywhere, so the two apps can be compared in one report.
The trap is the price point. Shopsy orders are often ₹99 to ₹399 items, so even a ₹4 click has to convert well to pay. At a ₹199 selling price and a 25% margin, the ad can spend at most ₹50 per order before the order loses money. That is roughly 12 clicks at ₹4, which means the listing needs a conversion rate above 8% on ad clicks.
Shopsy charges sellers zero commission on most categories, which is why the app exists. That makes ads the main marketplace cost on a Shopsy order, so break-even ROI is driven by product cost and shipping rather than fees. Blooprint's Shopsy seller fees guide on blooprint.in covers the fee structure; this page stays on the ads.
Because the same FSN can be advertised on both apps, keep separate campaigns. Clicks on Shopsy are typically cheaper than the same keyword on Flipkart, but conversion depends on price against the other listings shown, so judge each app on its own ROI rather than a blended figure.
Shopsy campaigns are included in the Flipkart plan: same CSV upload, same bulk bid changes.

Learn more →Shopsy ads are sponsored product ads shown inside the Shopsy app. A Flipkart seller creates them in the Flipkart Ads platform, pays per click, and the listing appears above organic results for the chosen search terms or categories.
Open Seller Hub, go to Advertising, create a PLA campaign, select the FSNs listed on Shopsy and choose CPC or Smart ROI bidding. Set a daily budget and an end date, then read the FSN report after a week.
You pay per click at your bid, plus 18% GST on the ad invoice. Flipkart does not publish a rate card; seller guides report daily budgets of ₹300 to ₹600 per campaign as a common starting point.
Only if conversion is high. At a 25% margin the ad can spend ₹50 per order, so at ₹4 a click the listing needs more than one order per 12 clicks. Check the FSN report before scaling.
