BlooprintAI's Amazon search term report analysis tool pulls the search term report for every campaign through the Ads API, joins each term to the keyword or target that triggered it, and shows clicks, spend, orders, ACoS and conversion rate in one filterable table. You use it to harvest converting terms into exact campaigns and to negate the ones that only spend. Both actions are bulk uploads you confirm.
The search term report is the most useful file Amazon Ads produces: it lists the actual shopper queries that triggered your ads, next to the keyword that matched them and the clicks, spend and orders that followed. Reading it well is most of PPC management. The trouble is the format: one download per campaign or a large account-wide file, sixty days maximum, no link back to your bids, and every week it has to be merged with last week's.
Blooprint's search term report guide on blooprintai.in explains the columns. This page is about turning the report into a weekly routine that takes twenty minutes.
Any date range in the loaded history, across all campaigns or a filter of accounts, portfolios, campaigns or targeting types.
By spend, orders, ACoS, CVR or clicks. Two saved filters do most of the work: 'orders above 2 and not yet an exact keyword' for harvesting, and 'clicks above 15 and orders zero' for negatives.
Each row shows the keyword and match type that triggered it, so you can tell whether a broad keyword is pulling in good traffic or a close variant is wasting it.
Select rows, add them as exact keywords to a campaign with a bid, or mark them negative exact or phrase. A confirmation screen lists the changes; the upload leaves a log.
| Question | Filter | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Which searches convert that I do not bid on exactly? | Orders above a threshold, no matching exact keyword | Add as exact keyword in a manual campaign with a bid from the bid calculator |
| Where is the spend with no orders? | Clicks above a threshold, zero orders | Add as negative exact or phrase, campaign or account wide |
| Which keywords are pulling irrelevant traffic? | Group by keyword, sort by spend on non-converting terms | Lower the keyword bid, tighten match type, or negate the pattern |
Search terms are one cut of the account. The same analysis area shows placement performance (top of search against rest of search and product pages, with CPC and ACoS for each) and product-level performance by ASIN, so a term that converts on top of search but not on product pages can be handled with a placement adjustment rather than a bid. All views export to CSV or multi-sheet Excel for anyone who still wants the spreadsheet.
The software joins, filters and uploads. It does not decide which terms to harvest or negate, and it does not run harvesting or negation on a schedule. Some accounts want a term with two orders in exact; some want ten. Some launches should keep a high-click, no-order term for another fortnight. Those are your calls, and the tool makes them cheap to act on and easy to trace.
If you would rather have a rule do it, tools that sell automatic harvesting are on the comparison page.
