Flipkart Ads Saarthi: the AI campaign tool and agency-help programme, explained for sellers (2026)

Flipkart Ads Saarthi is a programme launched by Flipkart Ads that gives sellers two things: an AI-assisted campaign tool inside the Ads panel and access to partner agencies for help running ads, as reported by VARINDIA at launch. The AI layer is powered by AtTheRate.ai, which describes itself as the engine behind Saarthi. This page explains what Saarthi does, what it costs a seller, and where it stops.

What Saarthi actually does

Saarthi, the Hindi word for a charioteer or guide, is Flipkart Ads' answer to the seller who does not know what to bid or which products to advertise. Launch coverage in VARINDIA described two parts: AI-driven ad tools available to sellers inside the platform, and a network of partner agencies that sellers can be connected to for hands-on help. AtTheRate.ai, a marketing analytics company, states on its site that its AI is the brain behind the Saarthi campaign tool.

For a seller this means the Ads panel can now propose campaigns, budgets and targets rather than waiting for you to build them, and that Flipkart will introduce an agency if you want one. It sits alongside Flipkart's other automation, Smart ROI campaigns, Budget Rule, Smart Rule Manager and Saral, all of which hand a decision to the platform. Blooprint's Flipkart ads guide covers the campaign types; this page is about the decision to use Saarthi.

Who it suits

It suits less well the seller who already knows their break-even ROI and runs dozens of campaigns, because the suggestions are made from Flipkart's side of the data: they see clicks and conversions, not your margin, your stock or the fact that the same product is also on Amazon.

  • New sellers with a few FSNs and no time: the suggestions are a reasonable starting campaign and cost nothing to accept.
  • Sellers who want an agency but do not know how to pick one: the partner list is a vetted starting point, though the agency's fees are still yours to negotiate.
  • Sellers who want to see what the platform thinks a product is worth: the suggested bids and budgets are a data point, even if you do not take them.

The column that matters is the last one. Ad platforms optimise for sales attributed to ads; you optimise for profit after ads, commission, shipping and returns. Any tool that cannot see the second number will happily grow the first at the expense of it.

Using Saarthi without losing control

  1. Accept suggestions into a separate campaign

Give AI-suggested campaigns their own name prefix so you can judge them against your own campaigns in the FSN and search term reports.

  2. Set your own ROI floor before you look at theirs

One divided by margin before ads. A suggested target below your floor is a suggestion to lose money on volume.

  3. Watch blocked balance and daily caps

Suggested budgets are generous. Blooprint's blocked balance guide explains how open-ended budgets reserve wallet money.

  4. Review after two closed weeks

Attribution takes time; do not judge a suggested campaign on its first three days. Compare its ROI with your own campaigns on the same FSNs over a closed period.

Where software fits

Saarthi lives inside Flipkart. If you sell on Amazon too, or you want the same weekly routine across every marketplace, you need a place where all the campaigns sit in one table. BlooprintAI connects to Flipkart's Ads API after you authorise it, shows every PLA campaign, keyword and FSN with ROI, CPC and spend filters, and applies bid and budget changes in bulk with a summary first and a log after. It does not bid for you; the decisions stay yours, which is the point.

Frequently asked questions

What is Flipkart Ads Saarthi?

A Flipkart Ads programme that gives sellers AI-assisted campaign suggestions inside the Ads panel and access to partner agencies for hands-on help, as reported by VARINDIA at launch. The AI layer is powered by AtTheRate.ai according to that company's site.

Is Saarthi free?

The programme is free to use; you still pay for the ads it suggests, and if you take up a partner agency you pay that agency's fees. There is no charge from Flipkart for the suggestions.

Does Saarthi replace an agency or software?

It replaces neither fully. The AI suggestions are made from Flipkart's data without your margin; an agency adds people; software such as BlooprintAI adds bulk control and cross-marketplace reporting with your break-even set by you.

Should a new seller use Saarthi?

It is a reasonable free start: accept the suggested campaigns under their own name prefix, set a daily budget you can afford, and compare them against a CPC campaign of your own after two closed weeks.

Can Saarthi see my profit margin?

No. It sees impressions, clicks and attributed sales on Flipkart. Work out your break-even ROI (one divided by margin before ads) and judge every suggestion against it.
