A Flipkart advertising agency sells people: a monthly retainer or a share of spend buys someone else running your campaigns. Software sells time: a flat monthly fee buys tools that let your own team do the same work faster. IndiaMART listings for Flipkart ads management start near ₹3,599 a month, full-service agencies charge far more, and BlooprintAI is ₹12,999 a month for Flipkart and Shopsy (all checked 29 Sep 2026).
The choice is less about tools than about who spends the hours. An agency takes the weekly work off your plate: reading reports, cutting waste, adjusting bids, planning sale events. What you give up is control and visibility, since you see the results monthly rather than the decisions daily, and margin, since a retainer or percentage fee is a fixed cost on top of ad spend. Software gives you the reports and the bulk actions, and you or a team member spend the hours, fewer of them than in the Ads panel.
Flipkart now offers a third route. Its Saarthi programme, reported by VARINDIA, gives sellers AI campaign suggestions and connects them with partner agencies. The suggestions are free; the agencies charge their own fees. Blooprint's Flipkart ads guide on blooprint.in has a short section on this decision; this page puts the rupees next to it.
| Option | What it costs | What you get | What you still do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancer or low-end listing | From about ₹3,599/month, IndiaMART listings (checked 29 Sep 2026) | Campaign setup and periodic changes | Check their work; share margins |
| Full-service agency | From ₹35,000/month at SW Cybernetics, or a share of spend (checked 29 Sep 2026) | A team running campaigns and events | Approve plans; supply stock and pricing data |
| Saarthi partner agency | Agency's own fees | Flipkart-vetted help | As with any agency |
| Software (BlooprintAI) | ₹12,999/month + GST; 10% off 6 months, 20% off 12 months | Bulk PLA creation, bulk bids and budgets, combined reports | The weekly decisions |
| Ads panel alone | Free | Every feature, one campaign at a time | Everything, by hand |
Ad spend is on top of every row. GST at 18% applies to agency fees, software and ad spend alike, and is claimable as input credit on all three.
A quick test: if a ₹35,000 retainer is more than a fifth of your monthly ad spend, the agency has to lift ROI by a lot just to break even on its own fee.
Software does not decide for you. BlooprintAI filters keywords, FSNs and placements by ROI, CPC and spend and applies changes in bulk after a summary; it does not bid automatically or run on a timer. If nobody will make the decisions, software alone will not help.
The right answer starts from your margin and break-even ROI, not from a category benchmark.
At least weekly: spend, attributed revenue, ROI by FSN, and what was changed. Ask to see a sample.
Yours. Access should be through user roles in your Seller Hub, removable at any time.
A percentage of spend rewards spending more; a flat retainer or one tied to profit aligns better.
A good agency will; bulk tools make their hours go further too.

BlooprintAI is ₹12,999 a month plus GST for Flipkart and Shopsy, less than a full-service retainer. But software needs someone on your side to make decisions; an agency supplies the people.

Yes. Many agencies use bulk tools to cover more accounts in fewer hours. If you pay for software, ask the agency to work in it so the reports and change logs stay in your hands.
When the fee is a large share of ad spend and ROI has not moved, or when someone in-house understands the account well enough to run the weekly routine with tools.
