Amazon Ads bulk operations is the console feature that lets you download your campaigns as a spreadsheet, edit bids, budgets, keywords and status in Excel, and upload the file to apply every change at once. It is the fastest native way to work at scale and the easiest way to make a large mistake. This page explains the workflow, its limits, and how BlooprintAI's CSV creation differs.
In the ads console, open Bulk operations, choose the date range and entities, and request the download. Amazon generates the file in the background.
The file has a tab per campaign type. Each row is a campaign, ad group, keyword, product target or negative, with columns for state, bid, budget and the performance metrics for the range you chose.
Edit bid, budget, state or add new rows with the operation column set to create. Do not touch IDs or names.
Upload the file. Amazon processes it and returns a results file listing rows that succeeded and rows that failed, with an error per row.
The format is Amazon's, not yours. Each campaign type has its own tab and column set, column names change with console updates, and a row that is off by one column fails or, worse, succeeds with the wrong value. The results file tells you what failed but does not stop the rows that did not fail.
There is no preview. Once uploaded, the changes are live. A common mistake is a formula that pasted as text, or a bid column filled down one row too far, applied to a thousand keywords.
It is Amazon-only. Flipkart has no equivalent bulk sheet, so a seller on both marketplaces keeps two workflows.
It is slow to learn. The autocomplete phrases amazon ads bulk sheet and amazon ppc bulk operations exist because sellers are searching for how to use it, and many give up and go back to the console.
BlooprintAI's bulk creation uses one flat CSV per campaign type with the columns you need: campaign name, budget, dates, ad group, ASINs, keywords with match type and bid, placement adjustments. You download the template, fill it, upload it, and the campaigns are created through the Amazon Ads API. Before anything is created you see a summary, and afterwards a results file lists every row and any rejection with the reason. The same applies to Flipkart PLA campaigns, so one skill covers both marketplaces.
For changes to existing campaigns you do not need a sheet at all. Filter keywords and targets by ACoS, CPC, CVR or spend inside the tool, select the rows, set the new bid or budget or placement, review the summary, apply. Every change is logged and can be exported. Nothing is scheduled or automatic; the tool does the bulk work, you make the call.
If you prefer Amazon's format for auditing, you can still download your account as an Amazon bulk spreadsheet from the Reports Center; the two are not exclusive.

Yes. Add rows with the create operation for campaign, ad group, ad and keyword entities. Most errors come from missing a required row in the hierarchy.
The results file gives a reason per row. Common causes are edited IDs, wrong column order after a console update, bids below the minimum and formulas pasted as text.
No. It uses simpler flat CSV templates per campaign type and creates campaigns through the Amazon Ads API, with a summary before creation and a results file after. You can still download Amazon's format for audits.
Flipkart's ads console has no bulk sheet. BlooprintAI provides CSV bulk creation for Flipkart PLA campaigns through the official Flipkart Ads API.
