Swiggy Instamart ads login: the portal, access and reports (2026)

The Swiggy Instamart ads login is the brand's partner portal at partner.instamart.in, where onboarded brands run self-serve sponsored listings, charged per click, and download reports. Banners, push notifications and quarterly packs are not bought there; they go through Swiggy's brand solutions team. This is not the Swiggy restaurant ads dashboard, which is a different product on the food app.

Which Swiggy login you need

Swiggy has two advertising businesses. Restaurants advertise on the food app through the restaurant partner dashboard; grocery, household and FMCG brands advertise on Instamart through the Instamart partner portal at partner.instamart.in. Searches for 'Swiggy ads login' and 'Swiggy ads dashboard' mix the two. If you sell products on Instamart, you want the Instamart partner portal and the brand's own credentials.

Blooprint's Instamart onboarding guide covers getting listed; this page assumes the brand is live.

Agency guides describe Instamart's self-serve ads portal with four formats; the split above is the practical one for a brand starting out. Pack reporting is often sent by the brand solutions team rather than shown in the portal.

Setting up sponsored listings

  1. Confirm stock by city

Ads should run only where Instamart's dark stores hold your SKU; agency guides link most ROAS drops to stock-outs.

  2. Pick hero SKUs

Three to five with the best rating and price position in their search results.

  3. Target your brand name and the category terms

Brand defence first, then the generic terms your SKUs already rank for organically.

  4. Set a test budget

Enough for a few hundred clicks per SKU in a fortnight; at ₹8 a click, ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 a month for a small range.

  5. Review weekly

ROAS recomputed on selling price, not MRP, and fill rate for the same week.

Access problems

Keep one weekly sheet with the portal download, the pack report from Swiggy, and fill rate by city from the seller side. Three sources for one channel is the reason Instamart reporting drifts; putting them side by side each Monday is the fix, and it makes the MRP-versus-selling-price correction a single column rather than a monthly argument.

  • No ads section: the brand is not enabled for ads yet; ask the Instamart category manager or brand solutions contact.
  • Logged into the wrong Swiggy dashboard: restaurant partner logins do not show Instamart ads.
  • Campaign live, no impressions: stock missing in the targeted stores, or the bid below what the slot is going for.
  • Pack campaigns not in reports: packs are reported by Swiggy separately; ask for the weekly file.
  • No public Instamart ads API for brands as of September 2026.

Before you scale

Agency comparisons suggest starting quick commerce ads on Blinkit, which has the deepest self-serve reporting, and adding Instamart where your category overlaps with Swiggy's audience; one comparison notes Instamart's relative strength in South Indian cities. Whichever app you run, recompute ROAS on selling price: Instamart dashboards are reported to use MRP in some views.

BlooprintAI does not manage Swiggy Instamart ads yet; Instamart is marked coming soon. Amazon and Flipkart ads are live today.
