When noon ads are not spending, check in this order: the bid, because noon's first-price auction means a low bid simply loses; the spend limit and any unpaid invoice or negative balance; the listing, which must be live with stock; the campaign's dates and budget; and time, because new campaigns can take several days to show data. Search the keyword on noon yourself to see who is winning.
noon's recommended bid is the 70th percentile of winning bids for that target, so a bid well below it wins rarely. In a first-price auction you cannot win cheaply by luck. Raise to at least the recommended bid on your most important targets.
noon sets a spend limit per advertiser that rises as invoices clear. A new account or one with a large recent spend can hit it. The billing section of the ads manager shows the limit.
If revenue in a week was lower than ad spend, the account carries a negative balance, payable by wire transfer only. Clear it.
The advertised offer must be live, priced and in stock. Listings that ship from India compete poorly with Express offers even when they do serve.
An end date in the past, a start date in the future, a paused campaign, or a daily budget too small to buy a single click at your bid all look like 'not spending'.
Sellers report new campaigns taking several days to show data, and noon recommends reviewing after 10 to 15 days. Do not rebuild a campaign on day two.
Open noon.com for the market you target, the UAE or Saudi Arabia, search the keyword and look at the sponsored results. If competitors appear and you do not, it is the bid or relevance. If no sponsored results appear at all, the keyword has little ad demand and a category target will reach more shoppers. If your listing appears organically but not sponsored, check the offer is the one in the campaign.
Blooprint's noon ads guide covers campaign setup; this page is for when a campaign is set up and silent.
| Pattern | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Impressions low on manual keywords | Bids below recommended, or keywords too narrow | Raise bids on best terms; add phrase variants and Arabic terms |
| Auto campaign barely spends | Default bid too low for the category | Raise the default bid towards the recommended range |
| Spend stops mid-week | Spend limit reached or daily budget exhausted early | Check limit; raise daily budget or trim top-of-search adjustment |
| Spends in UAE, not in KSA | Separate markets, separate bids in SAR | Build a Saudi campaign with SAR bids |
| Brand Ads never serve | Account not the brand owner or authorised rep | Complete brand authorisation or use Product Ads |
Write to adsupport@noon.com with the campaign ID, market, the targets, the bids and the dates, and a screenshot of the keyword search. noon's ads help centre also covers campaign status messages.

Search the keyword on noon in your target market. If competitors show and you do not, raise the bid towards the recommended bid; if no sponsored results show, use category targets.
Sellers report several days before data appears, and noon recommends reviewing campaigns after 10 to 15 days.
A negative balance or uncleared invoice limits how much you can spend, because noon's spend limit rises only as invoices clear. Negative balances are paid by wire transfer.
