noon ads billing works by deduction: ad spend comes out of your weekly revenue, and marketplace sellers get a statement every Wednesday covering Wednesday to Tuesday. If revenue is lower than spend you carry a negative balance, payable by wire transfer, not card. noon also sets a spend limit per advertiser that rises as invoices clear. This page puts noon's billing FAQs in one place with an AED example.
There is no ads wallet to top up on noon. Campaigns run on credit up to a spend limit, and the spend is deducted automatically from the revenue noon owes you, on the same weekly cycle as your payout. noon's billing FAQ covers the pieces separately; together they work like this:
| FAQ topic | What noon's help centre says, in short |
|---|---|
| Charging model | Pay per click for Product and Brand Ads; CPM for Display Ads |
| Daily budget | The average you are willing to spend per day on a campaign |
| Maximum spend | A spend limit per advertiser, which increases as invoices are cleared |
| Repetitive clicks | noon filters invalid repeated clicks so you are not charged for them |
| How you are billed | Weekly statements for marketplace sellers; monthly for retail partners |
| How you pay | Deducted from weekly revenue, or by wire transfer |
| Negative balance by card | Not accepted; clear it by wire |
| Promotional credit | Ad credit granted by noon that campaigns can spend |
Blooprint's noon ads guide has a short billing section; this page is the full picture.
| Line | Normal week | Sale week |
|---|---|---|
| Sales settled (Wednesday to Tuesday) | AED 12,000 | AED 9,000 |
| noon fees and fulfilment | AED 3,600 | AED 2,700 |
| Ad spend deducted | AED 2,000 | AED 7,500 |
| Payout | AED 6,400 | AED -1,200 (negative balance) |
In the sale week the account ends negative. The balance is carried and must be cleared by wire or by later revenue, and until invoices clear, the spend limit does not rise. The payout threshold in noon's payment rules, AED 100 where the bank currency matches the marketplace, also means small positive weeks may roll over. Plan a sale month's cash on the statement dates, not the order dates.
noon's billing FAQ has an entry for exactly this question. The common reason is timing: statements cover Wednesday to Tuesday, so a campaign paused on Friday still shows the clicks from Wednesday and Thursday on that week's statement, and display impressions served before the pause are billed the same way. Check the dates of the charged activity before raising a ticket; if clicks are dated after the pause, send the campaign ID to adsupport@noon.com.
noon grants promotional ad credit to new advertisers. Blooprint's noon guide reports 500 to begin with and up to 1,000 US dollars through noon's Seller Accelerator Program; the eligibility, currency and expiry are whatever your account shows. A video on noon's official seller lab channel, 'Turn Promo Credits into Sales', covers using it on a first campaign.
noon's billing FAQ does not spell out VAT on ad spend. UAE VAT is 5% and Saudi Arabia applies its own VAT rate; how either applies depends on your registration and entity, and the cross-border rules for Indian sellers are covered in Blooprint's UAE VAT and noon VAT registration guides. Download the ad invoices with each statement for your accountant.

No. Spend is deducted from revenue or paid by wire transfer, and noon's FAQ says a negative outstanding balance cannot be paid by card.
Usually because the statement covers Wednesday to Tuesday, so clicks before the pause in that week are billed on it. If charged clicks are dated after the pause, contact adsupport@noon.com.
A cap noon sets per advertiser that increases as invoices are cleared. A new account or one with an open balance may hit it during a sale.
noon's billing FAQ does not spell it out. UAE VAT is 5%, and Saudi Arabia has its own rate; treatment depends on your registration, so check the ad invoices with your accountant.
